Paducah & Louisville Railway Office
Paducah, Kentucky – McCracken County
Bacon Farmer Workman Engineering & Testing, Inc. and Marcum Engineering, LLC. provided the civil, structural, mechanical and electrical design for the new Paducah & Louisville Railway Corporate Offices located in Paducah, Kentucky. Other services provided include Geotechnical, Plumbing, Surveying, and Testing/Inspections.
This project also included exterior site work to include paved parking areas and landscaping.
This new two-story facility is 25,640 square feet in total and consists of the following types of spaces:
- Administrative offices
- Grand foyer/receiving area
- Corporate office suites
- Lounges/break room
- Conference/board room
- Kitchen
- Client waiting areas
