    At its April 25th meeting, the Paducah Board of Commissioners approved a $337,000 contract for architectural and engineering services with Marcum Engineering for the City Hall Phase I project. Phase I will include the rehabilitating and improving of City Hall’s roof, concrete overhang (canopy), façade, heating and cooling systems, and windows.     We are pleased to announce that we have been selected, as part of the Clotfelter-Samokar Architects/Interiors/ Landscapes/Planning team, to provide the Mechanical, Electrical, Site Design, and Testing for a new Department of Transportation maintenance facility located in Crittenden County, Kentucky. When completed, the nearly $1,000,000 facility will contain approximately 8,000 square feet and will house the Crittenden County Highways maintenance crew.
